Small facts
Created between 2011 and 2013, these small painted, drawn or sewn pieces have in common an essential relationship to fluidity, to what flows, follows, circulates through.
Confluences are meeting points—areas where ink pools are gathered and accumulated. In these drawings, the line is a constant encounter between two puddles, with each fragment of the surface carrying the trace of a flow of water. The lines form shores and the shores also form waves.
