Blue cases

This series is part of a larger body of works that includes the Instants and a Detail of the substance. It is a look at the particular arrangement of events; how things move into place and become other things, how water leaves in the pigments the trace of the movement of its departure in vapor.

There is always the same amount of water, the same mixture of blue pigments, on the same size sheet of the same paper, but there are all sorts of circumstances and consequences.
